Job Requirements
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed

Responsibilities
- •Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 12 years old using play-based ABA therapy
- •Travel to clients’ homes to provide care in comfortable, familiar environments, with the ability to drive up to 45 minutes each way as needed
- •Work autonomously to manage your caseload, taking ownership of your work while using your clinical expertise to support children’s growth and development
- •Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team
