Job Description

ES, we’re passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential — and we care just as much about supporting our team. We prioritize work/life balance, employee wellness, and clear growth opportunities in a meaningful, data-driven field.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children, helping them build communication, social, and problem-solving skills using evidence-based ABA techniques. If you’re empathetic, motivated, and excited to make a difference, this could be the perfect fit.

• Track client progress using a company-issued iPad and data systems
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth

What We Offer
• Competitive pay
• Robust medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid short-term disability and life insurance, voluntary benefit options, paid time off, and sick leave
• Paid, best-in-class training program to become Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) certified
• Career advancement and mentorship opportunities
• Unlimited employee referral bonuses (up to $500 per referral)
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits available to many part-time employees
• Company-issued iPad to support daily work
