Job Description

Take your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to the next level in a dynamic educational setting near Temecula, CA! With a varied caseload spanning both Special Education and General Education classrooms, youll gain valuable experience working 1:1 and in group environments.

Desired Qualifications:
• Active BCBA license required
• Extensive familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly advantageous
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability in diverse educational contexts

What Youll Do:
• Provide behavioral support and interventions throughout the district, both individually and in classroom settings
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Deliver direct services, consultations, and staff training to ensure effective program implementation
• Support diverse learners by promoting positive behaviors in inclusive environments
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to ethical and professional standards
