Job Description

age-Hearing Association (ASHA). The ideal candidate will have at least two years of clinical experience in the field of speech therapy and be licensed in the state of practice. Knowledge of the medical field, current standards of practice, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care are essential qualifications for this position. Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients
Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for patients
Provide speech and language therapy and interventions to help patients reach their goals
Educate patients and their families on speech and language related topics
Monitor and document patient progress
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
Maintain a current knowledge of the field of speech-language pathology
Comply with state and federal regulations and ASHA standards
Maintain patient confidentiality
