lients and families. The Clinical Director supports staff development, clinical fidelity, and operational excellence in a collaborative and dynamic clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Leadership
• Mentor and supervise BCBAs, Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analysts (PLBAs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Behavior Technicians (BTs)
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback in collaboration with Human Resources
• Facilitate conflict resolution among staff, clients, and families
• Communicate policies, procedures, and initiatives effectively to the team
• Lead parent meetings, attend community events, and represent the organization externally
Clinical Oversight
• Provide supervision to ensure effective implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Conduct fidelity checks on treatment plan development and session delivery
• Review client progress documentation for accuracy and timeliness
• Support data collection, outcome measurement, and case reviews
• Ensure productivity standards are consistently met, including billable sessions and required activities
Client Caseload
• Maintain a reduced caseload of minimum 16 billable hours per week
• Complete all documentation and billing within 24 hours of service delivery
• Provide caregiver training to support treatment plan implementation
Operational & Administrative Support
• Monitor adherence to documentation protocols, company policies, and productivity standards
• Prepare and present clinical and operational metrics to stakeholders
• Support data system management in accordance with behavioral standards
Project Leadership & Special Initiatives
• Support virtual parent training programs and student analyst training
• Contribute to educational collaborations, school contracts, and special projects
• Lead initiatives that enhance team performance and client outcomes
Additional Duties
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental growth and organizational success
Qualifications
Education & Certification
• Master's Degree (required)
• Active BCBA certification in good standing (required)
• Missouri Behavior Analyst License (required)
• CPR & First Aid certifications (Adult, Child, Infant)
• FCSR background check clearance
• Additional BACB-required trainings (e.g., Supervisor Training)
