Job Description

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress.
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to help clients develop new attitudes and feelings towards life situations.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of clients' treatment plans and progress.
Apply evidence-based therapeutic interventions while maintaining clients' confidentiality and adherence to professional ethics.
Participate in ongoing professional education to stay current with best practices in mental health care.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions.
Experience with electronic health records systems.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid and active LCSW license.
Certified in clinical supervision for a plus.
