Responsibilities

• •As a Guest Service/Sales Associate at European Wax Center, you play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
• •Your upbeat and friendly demeanor, coupled with your sales acumen, ensures that every guest interaction is positive and memorable
• •Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor, setting the tone for a positive experience
• •Engage guests in meaningful conversations to understand their specific needs, preferences, and skincare goals
• •Proactively educate guests on all of our wax pass options, current promotions, the benefits of waxing regularly and prebooking
• •Being knowledgeable on all aspects of EWC including our retail line
• •Upholds Artemis Wax standards and protocols at all times
• •Addresses guest inquiries, book reservations, and resolve concerns in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction
• •Maintain an organized and inviting front desk & lobby area, upholding the brand standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• •Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by assisting colleagues and sharing product knowledge
• •Participate in ongoing training and development to stay on top of brand knowledge and sales techniques
• •Must be able to work effectively in stressful environments, communicate with others and accept constructive feedback from direct supervisors
• •Must be able to adapt to changes in activity frequently as the business requires
