Autism Behavior Technician - Training & Growth Path

Centria-Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach essential skills while reducing problem behaviors.
