Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available
Join the Kidz Therapy Zone Team!
Kidz Therapy Zone is growing, and we are looking for compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team! We currently have patients waiting for services and are seeking professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
At Kidz Therapy Zone, you'll work in an incredible ABA and Learning Center designed to support success. Our facility features sensory-friendly spaces, engaging learning materials, therapy supports, abundant outdoor areas, and a large fenced playground where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect and maintain accurate data
• Foster positive relationships with children and families
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and functional skill development
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
• Current RBT certification (or eligible to obtain certification)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with children preferred
• Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
