What Youll Do
As our Billing & Credentialing Specialist, youll keep our office running smoothly by:
• Managing billing and posting payments with accuracy and timeliness
• Creating and sending invoices for copays/coinsurance
• Contacting insurance companies to resolve claims and support credentialing
• Maintaining spreadsheets and records (Excel proficiency is a must!)
• Supporting the Office Manager/Administrator with projects and tasks
• Ensuring HIPAA compliance and maintaining strict confidentiality
What Were Looking For
Were looking for someone whos not only qualified but who also brings a positive, team-focused energy to the office.
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
At least 2 years of experience in medical billing & collections
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with a smile
Professional phone and email etiquette
A fast learner who thrives with guidance from leadership
Reliable and consistent team player
Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish (not required but highly valued!)
