Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) School-Based | Redwood City, CA 94062
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and collaborative BCBA for a school-based opportunity in the Redwood City area for the 20262027 school year. This is an exciting opportunity to support high school and post-secondary students within a highly regarded and academically strong district known for its supportive teams and commitment to student success.
Position Details:
Full-Time
35 hours per week
20262027 School Year
Start Date: August 12, 2026
End Date: June 5, 2027
Caseload consists of high school and post-secondary students
Shared caseload alongside two additional BCBAs
Onsite school-based services
High likelihood of renewal year over year
Excellent district for long-term contractor growth and support
Active BCBA certification required
Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, transition teams, and related service providers
Support students with behavioral, social-emotional, and transition-related needs
Monitor behavioral progress and maintain accurate documentation and data collection
Provide consultation and training to school staff regarding evidence-based behavioral strategies
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and student support planning
