SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $400 (received after 6 months of active employment)
Flexible, part-time positions available that require availability on weekdays during the hours of 2:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
We are offering a sign on bonus to all new employees!
• $200 for our entry-level role or $400 if you have at least 6 months of ABA experience (received after 6 months of active employment)

Job Description:
A Behavior Technician provides direct in-home services to children diagnosed with Autism and other related disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions (i.e. DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc.) to children with special needs in a 1:1 setting in the home and community.
• Address problematic behaviors in accordance with Positive Behavior Support techniques
• Collect accurate & reliable data for skill acquisition and problem behaviors on a daily basis
• Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and professional development meetings
• Follow ethical standards regarding behavioral modification
• Collaborate with team members and maintain ongoing communication
• Assist with training new hires to aid in the readiness of new employees by creating a positive job shadowing experience
• $20 - $26 per hour based on experience and education
Qualifications:
• High school diploma required
• One year of experience working with children (preferred)
• Minimum 6 months’ experience working with individuals with Autism or related diagnoses or training in ABA or enrolled in BCBA classes a plus (preferred)
• Must have a reliable means of transportation, valid driver’s license, registration, and proof of insurance
• Must pass a TB test (or provide TB test results within past 4 years)
• Must pass a criminal background check (FBI/DOJ clearance)
• Bilingual a plus (Spanish)
• Must be 18 years or older
Availability:
The work hours and days for clients is based on individual therapy sessions and are conducted on a one-to-one basis. Each employee will work within their desired number of hours per week. This is a part-time position with a 90 day probationary period.
• 15+ Hours/Week with possibility for increased hours in the following locations: Downey, San Gabriel Valley, East Los Angeles, South Los Angeles, South Bay
• Potential opportunity to grow into a full time position based on client needs
• MUST BE AVAILABLE a minimum of (4-5) four to five weekdays inclusive of (4) evenings per week (evenings represent after 2:30pm PST) with a (4) four hour shift
• Weekend availability preferred but not required
• Service expectations include traveling up to a 20 mile radius of your location
Schedule:
• After school
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
