Responsibilities
• Attend and coordinate community events, resource fairs, and outreach activities
• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, hospitals, providers, and schools
• Develop and manage initiatives designed to increase staff morale and foster a strong team culture (e.g., appreciation events, check-ins, recognition programs)
• Create memorable experiences for families, from welcome communications to ongoing satisfaction follow-ups
• Support marketing initiatives, including social media and awareness campaigns
• Assist with family inquiries, tours, and connecting families to resources
• Track outreach data, referrals, and engagement outcomes
• Serve as a knowledgeable and professional representative of our center

Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable with public speaking
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Passion for serving children diagnosed with Autism and their families
• Experience in outreach, healthcare, education, or nonprofit engagement preferred
• Must have experience in public speaking, marketing (including social media), and event planning
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Monday–Friday, primarily daytime hours
• Some evenings or weekends for special events
