Licensed Clinical Social Worker Details

Essential Job Duties:
• Collaborates with Primary Care Providers to provide behavioral health services to adult and pediatric inpatients.
• Conducts timely assessments of patient needs through clinical interviews, chart/history reviews, and behavioral health testing.
• Screens patients for admission to behavioral health programs or community resources.
• Develops and documents behavioral health evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress.
• Intervenes as a crisis counselor, collaborates with the multidisciplinary team, maintains confidentiality, and follows ethical standards.

Qualifications:
• Prefer at least 5 years’ experience in providing counseling services.
• Must have basic knowledge of medical and psychological terminology.

License/Certification:
• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work from an accredited school/University.
• Prefer Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Prefer Substance Abuse Professional (SAP)
