What You’ll Do as a Behavioral Therapist (ABA Therapist):
• Work one-on-one with children (ages 12 months - adulthood) in-home , in-clinic and/or in-school settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based ABA techniques to build communication, social, and life skills.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
• Receive paid training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
What We Look for in a Candidate:
• Passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities with at least 5 months total (6 months preferred, volunteer or employed)
• ABA experience or willingness to become trained in applied behavior analysis (we provide support).
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to commit to consistent scheduling and client needs.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions.
Compensation & Benefits:

Service Locations:
• Primary service areas: Orange County Areas
• Travel required within the assigned region for in-home, in-school and clinical-based services.
