Job Description
CC) looking to provide targeted speech therapy services for elementary-aged students during a maternity leave coverage from mid-April through the end of June.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to a caseload of 40-80 elementary students.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders aligned with school goals and student needs.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to create effective communication strategies.
• Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and comply with school district regulations.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Current SLP licensure appropriate for the location.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children in educational settings.
• Ability to manage a substantial caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Schedule and Location:
• Full-time contract position with 37.5 hours per week.
• Position based in South Burlington, VT, specifically at an elementary school.
• Coverage anticipated from mid-April until the end of the school year in June.

- •Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required
