Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (Autism Support Specialist) - Entry-Level | Paid Training | No Weekends
My Favorite Therapists (MFT) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Orlando, FL to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings.
This is a great opportunity for both entry-level candidates and experienced RBTs looking to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives and grow their careers in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
What We Offer:
• $18-$20/hour (based on experience)

Already an RBT?

Registered Behavior Technician Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children
• Implement behavior plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data electronically
• Complete daily session notes
• Communicate client progress with supervising BCBA
• Work in home, school, and community environments
Registered Behavior Technician Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work with children in active environments
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet
• Willingness to complete a background check
Preferred (Not Required):
• Experience working with children
• Experience with developmental disabilities
• Interest in psychology, education, or ABA
