Job Description
prepare program materials
• Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software (Central Reach)
• Review and implement consultation/supervision, note recommendations
• Maintain warm relationship with families and clients
• Participate in on-going training, evaluations and meetings, as required
• Assist with parent training and clinical assessments, as needed
• Communicate effectively with the BCBA regarding learners progress
• Submit notes and data in a timely fashion
• Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families, as needed
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA policies
Qualifications of a Registered Behavior Technician
• MUST HAVE AN RBT CERTIFICATION OR PRIOR EXPERIENCE AS AN ABA TECHNICIAN
• High School Diploma (relevant college degree and coursework is preferred)
• Desire to work with children, experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred
• Commitment to become certified and maintain the certification as an RBT
• Availability to work at least 15 hours weekly, including some flexibility regarding schedule changes required to accommodate patient needs
• Must have reliable transportation for sessions at patients' homes and schools, and possess a clean driving record and proof of automobile insurance
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
