liDocument services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies/li
liCollaborate with Behavior Analysts to assign BTs appropriately to clients/li
liReport clinical and scheduling concerns promptly/li
liAdhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten/li
liSupport parent treatment guidance and protocol modification activities/li

liWorking toward certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/li

liPersonal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance/li
liExcellent time management skills/li
liDesire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes/li

A Lead Technician (LT) is preferably a Master’s level employee who is in the process of accruing indirect supervised experience hours toward the completion of the BCBA certification. An LT is assigned to a clinical team under the supervision of a BCBA and is responsible for assisting the BCBA with fulfilling certain supervisory duties./p
