Job Description

er’s level certification or licensure in behavior analysis: BCBA.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs
- Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation procedures and assessment tools
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and interventions

DETAILS:
• Coordinate and collaborate with program staff to develop, write, and update program and client goals and ITP’s.
• Collaborate with the treatment team including clients, parents, caregivers, CMDE, outside professionals, behavioral technicians, ABA Interns, and co-workers.
• Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required training.
• Assist in training employees and developing personal growth opportunities.

• Abide by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's code of ethics.
• Ability to work as a team in collaboration with staff, departments, and clients and adhere to CSLL organizational policies and procedures outlined in the CSLL manual.

• Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Duties:
• Implements systems, policies, and procedures.
• With training as needed, conducts training and accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and guiding employees.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing health/safety, and communicable illness standards and adhering to legal regulations.
• Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning, and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.

BASIC & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to assist clients with adaptive equipment.
• Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods.
• Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods.
• Must have the manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection.
• Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication.
• Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication through computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel to work daily.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License & insurance in good standing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour

Benefits

Responsibilities

  • The BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST may receive training and/or supervision hours and write and update ITPs and goals, and collaborate with center staff and CMDE to provide comprehensive EIDBI services for up to 7 children
