Your Role as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Discovery ABA: As an RBT , you will implement ABA therapy programs developed by a BCBA , providing one-on-one therapy to children with autism in home and community settings in Tennessee . You'll help clients develop essential social, emotional, and life skills, while collaborating closely with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure consistent treatment implementation. Responsibilities Implement ABA therapy programs focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction. Collect and analyze data to track client progress and inform treatment plans. Work with caregivers and team members to ensure consistent therapy implementation. Participate in supervision and ongoing training provided by BCBAs. Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients during therapy sessions. Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in all interactions. Qualifications Previous experience in the ABA field is required. RBT 40 Hour course certification required RBT certification (or in progress) is strongly preferred.
