Responsibilities:
• Design, oversee, and assess treatment programs that promote social, communication, and behavioral growth in children with autism and developmental disabilities
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and supervision to RBTs and clinical staff
• Conduct assessments, prepare detailed reports, and ensure timely updates to treatment plans
• Support and engage with families through training, collaboration, and advocacy
• Champion program effectiveness by analyzing data and ensuring consistent progress tracking
• Bring creativity and insight to enhance our behavioral services as we continue to grow

Skills
• Master’s Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification
• Proficient in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong skills in patient assessment and data collection methodologies.
• Knowledge of behavioral health practices and therapeutic interventions.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
