Total Care ABA - In-Home & In-School Services across AZ Pay Range:
$20-$28/hr , based on experience and qualifications Join a Compassionate, Mission-Driven Team Making a Difference Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across (Insert State) and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team. Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). 35-40 hours/week Part-Time:
10-20 hours/week Flexible shifts available Services provided in person throughout AZ Skills & Qualifications Current RBT certification required High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience working with children preferred (not required) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ready to join a dedicated team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of children?
