Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Conduct functional assessments and ongoing progress evaluations
Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery
Provide parent training and collaborate with families
Coordinate care with schools and other professionals
Maintain compliance with BACB, Maryland, and payer requirements
Compensation and Schedule
Pay Range: $95 – $111 per hour
Full-Time: approximately 25 billable hours per week
Part-Time opportunities available
Flexible schedule based on your availability
Hybrid model combining in-home services and remote work
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification required
Active Maryland LBA license required
Master’s degree in ABA or related field
Experience supervising RBTs and managing caseloads
Strong communication and leadership skills
