Job Description
D/PsyD, LCSW, LMSW) with a strong background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and experience working with children, adolescents, and adults to join our practice in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will be skilled in delivering individualized, evidence-based interventions and adept at engaging diverse clients across developmental stages.
Responsibilities:
• Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults with a primary focus on anxiety and OCD, using CBT and related evidence-based modalities.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers, schools, and other providers as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation and uphold ethical practice standards.
• Participate in clinical consultation, case discussion, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Active license to practice in New York State.
• Demonstrated competency in CBT and related evidence-based interventions.
• Experience working effectively with child, adolescents, and adult clients.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a practice setting.
Required Skills:
• Expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Experience treating children, adolescents, and adults.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Pay range and compensation package: Competitive fee-for-service compensation structure. Autonomy in clinical practice with administrative support.
