Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • •The project focuses on developing AI- and data-driven solutions to support clinical trial operations, analytics, and decisionmaking
  • •These solutions may include data platforms, analytics dashboards, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent tools that enhance trial planning, execution, and monitoring
  • •Strong collaboration between business and technical teams is essential.We are looking for a strong Middle / Middle+ Business Analyst to support a development team delivering AI and data solutions within a clinical research environment
  • •You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and translated into actionable development tasks
  • •The role requires a solid understanding of data concepts and AI-related solutions, combined with strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  • •Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
  • •Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • •Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning activities
  • •Ensure alignment between business goals and delivered technical solutions
  • •Work with data engineers and AI specialists to define requirements for:
  • •Understand data sources, data flows, and key metrics used in clinical trials
  • •Assist in defining data quality, validation, and traceability requirements
  • •Act as a liaison between clinical operations, product owners, and development teams
  • •Facilitate workshops, grooming sessions, and requirement walkthroughs
  • •Clarify scope, assumptions, and dependencies with all stakeholders
  • •Support demos and review sessions with business users
  • •Create and maintain project documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process diagrams)
  • •Support change management and impact analysis for evolving requirements
  • •Ensure requirements align with regulatory and compliance expectations typical for clinical research environments (e.g., GxP-related considerations)
