Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • The project focuses on developing AI- and data-driven solutions to support clinical trial operations, analytics, and decisionmaking
  • These solutions may include data platforms, analytics dashboards, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent tools that enhance trial planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Strong collaboration between business and technical teams is essential.We are looking for a strong Middle / Middle+ Business Analyst to support a development team delivering AI and data solutions within a clinical research environment
  • You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and translated into actionable development tasks
  • The role requires a solid understanding of data concepts and AI-related solutions, combined with strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning activities
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and delivered technical solutions
  • Work with data engineers and AI specialists to define requirements for:
  • Understand data sources, data flows, and key metrics used in clinical trials
  • Assist in defining data quality, validation, and traceability requirements
  • Act as a liaison between clinical operations, product owners, and development teams
  • Facilitate workshops, grooming sessions, and requirement walkthroughs
  • Clarify scope, assumptions, and dependencies with all stakeholders
  • Support demos and review sessions with business users
  • Create and maintain project documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process diagrams)
  • Support change management and impact analysis for evolving requirements
  • Ensure requirements align with regulatory and compliance expectations typical for clinical research environments (e.g., GxP-related considerations)
