Requirements:
• Master's or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or a related field
• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Proven experience in behavior analysis and intervention techniques
• Ability to design and supervise ABA programs for clients
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and professional conduct in behavior analysis
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, families, and team members
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Limited Travel as needed
Job details:
• Providing Clinical Direction: Conducting client assessments, writing individualized behavior intervention plans, and offering expert guidance to the Case Managers and RBTs.
• Develop Individualized Plans
• Supervision: Ensure RBTs and Case Managers receive appropriate supervision as outlined by the insurance funder, the BACB board, and clinical recommendation. The BCBA also provides mentoring, thus maintaining the highest standards of care.
