Registered Behavior Technician in Seguin, TX

• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and family members to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable guidelines, including safety and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Current Texas Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is mandatory.
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training is preferred.
• Must be fingerprinted and cleared for employment in Texas.
• Experience working with students with severe behavioral challenges is highly desirable.
• Flexibility for virtual or onsite interviews with open availability.

This contract role is based in Seguin, TX, serving a school environment. Candidate should be within reasonable commuting distance or willing to relocate. Other nearby cities of interest include San Antonio, Canyon Lake, Bulverde, and New Braunfels, TX.
