Job Description
cian (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in the Hampton, VA area.
This position offers approximately 30 hours per week and is ideal for candidates seeking a consistent schedule in a supportive clinical environment.
Responsibilities include implementing individualized behavior plans, engaging clients in skill-building activities, collecting session data, and collaborating with caregivers and clinical supervisors.
All required training is provided. No prior ABA experience is necessary for BT applicants.
All new hires must complete paid onboarding and training during their first two weeks of employment.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Active RBT certification preferred for RBT applicants
Experience working with children preferred
Availability for approximately 30 hours per week
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to work in clinic, home, and community-based settings
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in active play
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
Employees working 30 or more hours per week consistently are considered full-time
