Covering sessions when needed is the priority/liliMonitor proper use of lead and support hours for clients on their caseloads/liliMonitor proper completion of ReThink billing and verifications by staff for clients on their caseloads/liliTrain new staff for clients on your caseload/liliInitial and ongoing scheduling for clients on your caseload/liliContact new direct service workers to set up trainings and client sessions with BCBA/liliProvide support and training to staff during and outside of sessions/liliCommunicate with families regarding client progress and sessions/liliBe present for scheduled center days until the last client is picked up/liliComplete Central Reach billing and verifications within 24 hours of events/liliScheduled weekly consults with BCBAs/liliAttend weekly intervention team meeting/liliCreate program materials/liliCheck in with staff and clients during sessions/liliCommunicate with BCBA about session observations and help problem solve client maladaptive behaviors/li/ulpstrongCenter Expectations:/strong/pulliBe present during assigned days at the center and present until the last client departs/liliProvide clinical support for staff when lead therapists or BCBAs are unable to/liliHelp staff clean up after sessions and ensure that the center is properly closed up/liliHelp problem solve new and/or unexpected behaviors/liliAfter session, communicate to the case BCBA what you observed and any follow up that needs to occur/liliCoordinate with each BCBA on your caseload and completed weekly meetings/liliCheck in with parent/guardian regarding client’s behaviors and progress at school and in the home/liliCheck in with staff regarding client’s progress during sessions/liliProvide constructive feedback to staff/li/ulpstrongMinimum Qualifications/strong/pulliEducation: Bachelor’s Degree/liliLicensures: RBT. pDescription/ppThe Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in the clinical supervision and operational guidance of ACP staff, working alongside BCBAs, Behavioral Technicians, and Lead Therapists.
