Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA therapy programs.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and therapists.
• Conduct assessments and create behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families to set goals and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA® certification in Texas.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Compassionate and family-centered approach. Reliable and Committed: Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent schedules and fulfill shift commitments.
• Dependability: Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
