Job Description
ts and their families on the path to full recovery by preparing each adolescent to navigate the challenges of life free of the eating disorder. We provide the empathy, education, and support to families as partners in the recovery process. We help each adolescent to replace the eating disorder with healthy skills and a deep understanding of how to live a life that reflects their own unique individuality.
Schedule: Part-time; flexible hours (20-29hrs/wk)and low case load of 2-3 clients. Clinical supervision and CEU opportunities available as well.
Salary: $26.92-$33.65

Responsibilities Include::
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to support clients throughout treatment
• Serve as a liaison with families and outpatient providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
• Contribute to discharge and aftercare planning to support clients’ ongoing recovery.
• Facilitate therapeutic meal support by modeling a healthy relationship with food, guiding clients through exposures, and helping them build confidence in challenging eating situations.
• Implement exposure therapy interventions, such as supported dining out or grocery shopping, to help clients confront fear foods and reduce avoidance behaviors.
• Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and intersecting identities.
Qualifications::
• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline
• Illinois independent license (or associate license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LSW, LPC-A, etc.)
• Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
• Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
