Job Description
orking with us as an RBT!
Make a meaningful impact in schools while building a career you’re proud of. Ro Health is hiring dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students for the 2025–2026 school year and beyond. This position allows you to focus on meaningful, student-centered work, while enjoying the flexibility and professional growth that comes through working with a trusted staffing partner.
By joining Ro Health, you become part of a supportive network. Our partnerships with school districts across the state provide access to a wide range of placements, clinical supervision, and the ability to advance your career in the direction that fits your goals.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), implementing individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA
• Support students in achieving goals outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including behavior regulation, social skills, communication, and academic engagement
• Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition, and collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies as needed
• Assist students in building independence across daily routines, classroom transitions, peer interactions, and learning activities
• Reinforce positive behaviors and use proactive, evidence-based strategies to prevent or redirect challenging behaviors
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and agency supervisors while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to support student progress and your continued development as an RBT
Why RBTs Choose Ro Health:
• Diverse Opportunities: Work in a variety of school settings across multiple districts, with placements that match your interests, experience, and career goals.
• Reliable Support: Receive ongoing guidance from a dedicated clinical team, including BCBAs, who advocate for your success, not just your placement.
• Streamlined Process: Enjoy hands-on help with onboarding, credentialing, and assignment transitions—so you can focus on what you do best.
• Weekly Pay & Transparent Rates: Competitive pay you can count on, with clear communication about compensation and expectations.
• Flexibility: Choose full-time or part-time roles with schedules that align with your lifestyle and personal commitments.
• Career Development: Access mentorship, supervision, and the potential to grow within ABA or expand into other school-based roles.
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits, PTO, and retirement options (eligibility varies).
What You’ll Need:
• Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain—Ro Health can help!)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs (required)
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks (required)
Make a Measurable Difference. Whether you’re an experienced RBT or just starting out in the field, Ro Health gives you access to rewarding roles where you’re needed most, and supports you every step of the way.
