Job Description

Dream Light ABA is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide home and school-based ABA therapy services for a 6-year-old client in the Jacksonville/St. Johns area.

Position Details
• Schedule: Approximately 35 hours per week
• Pay Rate: $22–$28/hour (based on experience and credentials)
• Setting: Home and school/community-based services
• Location: Jacksonville / St. Johns, FL area

Responsibilities
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation
• Support behavior reduction and functional communication goals
• Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team members

Requirements
• Active RBT certification
• Experience working with children preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background screening
• Strong communication and professionalism
