Substance Abuse Counselor (CADC)

Full-Time | Monday - Friday
Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a fully credentialed CADC to join our Concord, NC team as a Substance Abuse Counselor . This role provides structured, evidence-based substance use treatment while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to support long-term recovery and client wellness.
This position is ideal for clinicians seeking a consistent Monday-Friday schedule in a professional, supportive treatment environment.
Conduct comprehensive assessments addressing behavioral, emotional, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs
Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions
Support discharge planning, aftercare coordination, and outcome data collection
Participate in the on-call rotation as assigned
Contribute to curriculum development, therapeutic resources, and staff training materials
Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention when needed
Complete all required trainings and comply with program and company policies
Bachelors Preferred in Social work or other related field
Prior experience in substance use or behavioral health treatment settings
