Duties
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs, goals, and developmental stage
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including evaluations of speech, motor skills, sensory processing, or behavioral functions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care strategies and ensure consistency across environments
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques aligned with best practices in pediatrics and early intervention
• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes
• Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic activities, home programs, and strategies to support ongoing development
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress notes, treatment plans, and compliance records in accordance with regulatory standards

Requirements
• Valid licensure or certification relevant to the role (e.g., BCBA certification, state licensure for therapists)
• 1 year experience working with people with disabilities.
• Passion for working with children in early intervention programs and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers
• Ability to adapt interventions based on individual patient needs and developmental progress
• Bilingual is very welcome
