Job Description

 families by using ABA principles to build communication, adaptability, resilience, and independence. We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Education Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy on a consistent weekly schedule during after-school and evening hours.

Expectations of a Behavior Technician
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
• Apply ABA principles to support student progress
• Recognize and reinforce improvements in student behavior
• Use redirection techniques and respond appropriately to challenges
• Collect data and provide detailed session documentation
• Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and coworkers
• Actively seek clinical support from BCBA supervisors as needed

Ideal Qualifications
• Education in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Preferred: RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Experience working with preschool or elementary school-aged children
• Strong communication skills and reliability (punctuality, responsiveness)
• Compassionate, engaging, and person-centered approach
• Proven ability to document progress notes and data accurately

Current Case Opening
• 6 y/o Male – Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3:00–6:00 PM
