QUALIFICATIONS:
1. License to practice as a registered nurse or physical therapist or occupational
therapist in NY state, BSN required, Masters/Doctorate preferred
2. Minimum of 3 years of management level experience in CHHA
3. Effective verbal and written communication skills
4. Excellent problem-solving skills
5. Ability to organize multiple responsibilities and set priorities
6. Excellent skills in customer relations
