Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid | Up to $110K
Location: Anaheim and surrounding cities (Max 25 mile radius from your home)

Your Role:
• Develop, implement, and oversee ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Behavior Consultants
• Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes

Requirements:
• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
• Clinical experience preferred; new BCBAs are encouraged to apply
