THE VITAL ROLE YOU WILL HAVE

As a Hybrid BCBA - Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs. You'll provide behavioral therapy directly to clients, working closely with them to promote growth and development. Additionally, you'll supervise other staff during their sessions, ensuring consistency and quality of care. Your role will also involve maintaining open communication between families and state directors, scheduling regular meetings to discuss progress and adjustments to treatment plans.
