We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism throughout NY.
The Role: Where Learning Meets Impact
As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with a child in their home, implementing individualized behavior plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a meaningful, hands-on role where you will directly support skill development and positive behavior change.
You will be supported by experienced supervisors and receive ongoing guidance as you build your skills in the field.
Sessions take place in client homes.
Cases are assigned as close to your home as possible.
After-school availability required, weekends a plus.
What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes
Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
Collect session data and document client progress
Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers
Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule
Be a part of a new community initiative launching this summer.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to travel locally to client homes

• Growth-oriented: You are eager to learn and open to feedback
• Professional: You communicate clearly and respectfully
Nice-to-haves
• Experience working with children in any setting such as childcare, education, psychology, or healthcare
• RBT credential is a plus!
