Job Description:

As a Behavior Analyst - Clinical Manager, you will play a vital role in our mission to improve the lives of individuals with Autism. We are seeking a passionate professional who holds a master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a closely related field. Essential qualifications include BCBA certification or appropriate healthcare licensure, combined with relevant experience in clinical supervision. Reporting to the Clinical Director, your responsibilities will include developing, monitoring, and overseeing ABA treatment plans, as well as providing clinical supervision to behavior technicians and mid-level Case Supervisors. Strong leadership and communication skills are key to success in this position.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality service by meeting required supervisory and parent training hours.
• Maintain an average of 5 billable clinical hours per day.
• Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians (at least 5% time for RBTs).
• Develop, monitor, and update client programs monthly and conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as assigned.
• Guide behavior technicians in the implementation of treatment plans.
• Establish and maintain program goals, protocols, and measurement systems.
• Supervise and engage parents, adjusting treatment plans based on authorized hours.
• Address client, family, and staff issues promptly, escalating as necessary.
• Prepare and submit timely progress reports to the Clinical Director.
• Document clinical hours and session notes in CentralReach, ensuring compliance.
• Lead monthly mentorship for behavior technicians to enhance retention.
• Maintain open communication with staff and respond to concerns in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices, sharing findings with staff.
• Conduct monthly client visits and ensure oversight and management requirements are met.
• Provide guidance to supervisors and behavior technicians, approve program changes, and help resolve implementation issues.
• Review and approve progress reports, ensuring professionalism and timeliness.

Qualifications:

Required:
• Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field.
• BCBA certification or valid healthcare licensure (in accordance with state regulations).
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to upholding the company's mission and vision.

Preferred:
• Two years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Experience in developing behavior reduction goals and skill acquisition plans.
• Previous experience as a Behavior Technician and/or Case Supervisor in implementing ABA treatment plans.
