• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input regarding student communication needs.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to speech-language pathology services in schools.

Qualifications:
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required.
• Experience and certification in school-based speech-language pathology.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within an educational environment.
• Ability to manage a caseload while providing individualized and group therapy services.
