Job Description
ent and Outpatient settings. --Equipment or Services: Advanced Neurosurgical tools, MRI, CT, Neuro Navigation systems, Spinal Imaging, Electromyography (EMG). --Patient Care: Diagnose and manage neurological conditions, including brain and spinal tumors, epilepsy, vascular disorders, traumatic brain injuries, degenerative spinal diseases, and other neuro-related disorders. --Surgical Procedures: Perform a variety of neurosurgical procedures, such as brain and spine surgeries, minimally invasive techniques, craniotomies, spinal fusions, and stereotactic surgeries. --Collaborative Care: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of neurologists, oncologists, physical therapists, and other specialists to develop individualized treatment plans. --Post-Operative Care: Manage post-surgical care for patients, including recovery, rehabilitation, and long-term follow-up care. --Emergency Neurosurgery: Respond to urgent and emergent neurological cases, including trauma, stroke, and other time-sensitive surgical interventions. --Research and Innovation: Participate in research studies and clinical trials, contributing to the advancement of neurosurgical practices. --Education: Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and post-surgical recovery plans. Provide mentorship to residents and fellows. --Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. --Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations and standards established by the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) and other governing bodies. --0.5 FTE Part time Income Guarantee for 2 years: $528,645 (w2 model) --Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling options and call rotation --Collaborative and Supportive Clinical Teams: Work in an environment that values teamwork and excellence in patient care. --CA license required

Responsibilities
- •Facility is seeking a Board-Certified Neurosurgeon to join our renowned healthcare team in a part-time role --Call Schedule: 24 hour call shifts 0700-0700 --Call Ratio: 3-7 days per month as needed for coverage --Average Patient Census/Case Load: clinic 15-20 pt's, surgery based on the cases scheduled
