Why Join Ampersand Therapy?
We’re not your typical staffing agency—we’re a small, therapist-run team created by women who began their careers working in public schools. We built Ampersand Therapy to be the company we always wished we could work for: one that honors and supports the real work being done every day in schools.

Equity & Inclusion: We believe in creating inclusive environments for both students and providers. We actively invest in anti-racism work and partner with organizations like The Conscious Kid to extend our impact.

Community Engagement: We proudly support and volunteer with causes that matter—including Special Olympics, Project Canine, and The Moth. Environmental Responsibility: We operate with sustainability in mind—from reducing paper use and using low-waste tools to maintaining a carbon-negative impact.

Ampersand Therapy is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to fostering a workplace of belonging. If you’re a Speech-Language Pathologist looking for a rewarding school-based role with a supportive, mission-driven team,we’d love to connect with you!
