If youre a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Paraprofessional, Behavioral Health Assistant, or ABA Therapist, consider an exciting opportunity supporting schools in the Citrus Heights area on a flexible per diem basis. This position allows you to work 1:1 with K-12 students, making a meaningful difference in their educational journey while enjoying the freedom to select your own schedule. Desired Qualifications:
• Active RBT license through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required
• Experience providing behavioral support to children and adolescents in educational settings
• Familiarity with state Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes preferred
• Bilingual abilities appreciated, but not mandatory
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Compassion and adaptability when working with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions and support within K-12 school settings
• Implement ABA strategies and behavior support plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and other team members to support student learning and behavioral goals
• Document progress accurately and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with school guidelines
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe educational environment for students
