Peak Potential Therapy is a growing provider of ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services, dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism and related developmental needs. What You'll Do
• Assist in managing and supporting an assigned ABA caseload
• Provide direct supervision and guidance to RBTs in the field and clinic
• Support implementation of treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect and review data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Assist with assessments, program updates, and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Clinical Director, and team members
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation
• Support a consistent and structured clinical environment

What This Role Is and Is Not

✔ A hands-on clinical role with direct impact on clients and RBTs
✔ A support role working closely with BCBAs and leadership
✔ Flexible scheduling based on availability and caseload needs
✔ An opportunity to grow toward a BCBA role if desired

✘ Not an independent clinical decision-making role
✘ Not a purely administrative position
✘ Not a leadership role with full staff accountability

Qualifications
• BCaBA certification required
• Ohio certification required
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders
• Strong understanding of ABA principles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team

Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly rate: $28 – $35 per hour based on experience
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available
