Responsibilities and Duties:
• Conduct assessments to determine the nature and extent of speech and language deficits
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve speech articulation, fluency, voice quality, and language comprehension
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Educate and support patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient progress

Qualifications and Skills:
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience working with individuals with speech and language disorders is preferred
