• Monitor and adjust programs as needed for best outcomes.
• Train and supervise team members through coaching, observation, and feedback.
• Collect, track, and analyze client data for progress monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with insurance, licensing, and ethical standards.
• Oversee all phases of care: intake, treatment, updates, discharge, etc.
• Foster strong, supportive relationships with clients and families.
• Encourage collaboration with community partners and advocate for services.
• Support staff productivity and conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain all certification, licensing, and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications
• Master’s in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• ND Behavior Analyst License
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with ASD

Required Certifications & Documentation
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Proof of insurance
• CPR & First Aid (Company provided)
• Therapeutic Response/Safety Care training (Company provided)
• Cleared criminal background check
• Legal work status in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • As a BCBA at NDAC, you’ll play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with autism and related challenges
  • Reporting to the Director of Clinic Administration, you'll design, implement, and oversee personalized behavioral treatment plans while supporting and guiding your clinical team
  • Develop and manage behavior programs based on client assessments and IFSP goals
