Job Description
• **Center based ABA -** Clients come to you! Full campus with lots of resources to explore together.
• **BCBAs are available on site -** No waiting weeks to ask a question about a client.
• **Paid EXTENSIVE training** **-** we go above and beyond the 40 hour requirement for your RBT credential.
• **Guaranteed Hours -** If a client cancels, you still get your hours!!
• **RBTs are offered full time positions**. Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance. If you can commit to a full time schedule for the full year, we will gladly extend you a benefits package!
• **NO nights or weekends required!**
• **Immediate back up support for challenging behaviors.** We staff our clients 1:1. If a tech needs extra support, it’s given.
• **We have FUN together!** We enjoy doing things together (group trainings and activities, annual river floating trip, holiday parties, etc)
• *What a typical day at UAA looks like:**
Our techs arrive 15 mins prior to clients at 8:15, just in time for a quick morning meeting with coworkers. Get your schedule for the day and get ready for clients to arrive! Clients begin to arrive at 8:30 and techs begin the daily schedule customized for each client. Some days involve community outings that techs attend as a group with clients. We could go to the park, swimming pool, grocery store, gym, or maybe a restaurant! At the center and on our community outings, we focus on daily living skills, increasing communication skills, social skills, pre academics, and learning to access the community. The day is broken up into 3 sessions. After each of our 3 sessions, techs have a change in clients. We make sure you have variety throughout the day, while also making sure you are familiar with the clients you work with. Our clients leave by 3:30 each day. Techs stay for an afternoon meeting to get face time with other techs and the BCBAs and leave at or before 4:00. An afternoon staff meeting one day a week will run until 5:00.

• Assist children with daily living activities and promote skill development through applied behavior analysis techniques.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collect and analyze data to track patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure a supportive environment.
